Which one are you?
i am not here...it seems to be Greeks, if I understand correctly.
Amazing quality. 0:40 - sent goosebumps in my forearms. Wish he'd used delay in the interlude, too.
can he multitask on a woman aswell ?
Probably, he would be the best lover ever existed
Robotic but nevertheless quality cover. Riff sound is good in the chorus.
Drum covers, anyone? (I'm the author...)
Great playing and good sound too. Props for not screwing up even at the part starting at 2:24
Good cover, but I'm surprised even here there's a few things played wrong. It's a feel song, the melodies and riffs need to be on point.
Niice, just the synth fifth intervals are missing in the chorus.
Alright boys I'm finally getting around to making COB covers. Started off with an easy one...
Really sharp and precise tone and pretty tight playing too. What do you record with?
I used a Shure SM57 mic, EVH 5150 50 watt head, and a 2x12 mesa boogie rectifier cab. I replaced the pickup in the Jackson RR24 from the EMG81 to a Dimarzio Gravity Storm.
Hmm. I've been toying around with amp sims for the last two or so years now but I've never been exactly happy with the sound. Guess I should try recording with a microphone. I have a Shure SM58 for vocals already and based on a quick google search it can do guitars as well it so should be easy to get started.
Yeah, same. I used to try to make covers with a line 6 pod studio and never got it to sound good enough to share. The SM58 should be okay. Lemme know if you have any questions or anything I'll be more than happy to help if I can. It took me a while to figure out what the f I'm doing.
Used the backing track in the TABs thread.
BTW, if anyone could make a Bodom Blue Moon backing track I'd very much appreciate it.
I tried playing this solo after a very long time.
