It IS counterfeit. I like the "ask a question" function of ebay. The seller proudly commented it would be 100% unofficial and the band could be proud of that shirt... => I reported the item.

The Rasputin back design is correct. I just pulled my shirt out to check the details, it's all there. I'm really only buying stuff from the merch store unless it's an out of print design. Nobody bid, starting price was $45 for a shirt. I see he gave up trying to sell it.
