    It'll take a long time - Sandy Denny, i think mike clean now more 'mature raspyer' vocals would be great and this songs lyrics are quite desolate imo suiting the opeth style

    I would love Opeth to do covers like Tool did with No Quarter...sorta take a song from outside their genre and make a version that fits with their genre; you get to see way more creativity that way than when the songs try to be nearly identical to the original. Some Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, or Led Zeppelin would be good, but personally, some Opethian Metallica would be badass. When I first heard the opening riff to Master's Apprentices, it sorta reminded me of Sad but True, and it'd be cool to see what they can do with songs like To Live Is To Die and Orion.
