Probably not. You don't write 1 page papers in college. Besides, you could get the instructor in a heap of trouble if you showed those comments in the margins to the dean. Lastly, with the leftist bias shared by most higher educators, they would tend to agree with the writer, not berate him.

It was submitted to the OSI not to a college professor, I think.

There's no sources, so it should get an F regardless of the content. Also some glaring grammatical errors/omissions.

Lots of companies are lobbying for those tax holidays, not just Apple.

Apple hasn't given any indication of what exactly it might do with its vast cash reserves were the US to allow it to bring more of that money into the country with a tax break incentive.

The above is the kicker. These corporations are claiming a 'social good' while keeping their options open. I wouldn't buy into that.

Dio for president! Only because he own all our souls.

I'm sure you'll support either Johnson or Paul fine. It's better then Bob Barr.

Anyone know of any good articles either for or against global warming?

I can't find anything worth reading with sufficient scientific evidence or quality.

I don't have any references handy, but I believe in natural earth cycles caused by planetary relationships and sun activity. Non-government/corporate-fear-mongering scientists usually back this up.
