The Torture Division CD is on it's way to me in the mail (from Abyss Records), as is the Ribspreader, and I'll be all OVER that Total Terror album when it's out! Probably won't touch The Bereaved with a ten foot pole, though.
NEW HEARSE ALBUM!!! ‘Single Ticket to Paradise’ is HEARSE’s brand new fifth full length album. Formed in 2001 shortly after Johan Liiva left ARCH ENEMY and joined forced again with his long-time buddy Max Thornell. The two used to be in the legendary act FURBOWL in the early 90’s. HEARSE are definitely one of the highlights of the death ‘n roll metal sub genre. Johan’s charismatic vocals, the never ending and ultra melodic leads by guitar player Matthias Ljung and the pounding and effective drums by Max, makes HEARSE an unique band within the wide metal borders. The Infestdead double CD, remastered by Dan and containing the 2 full lenght albums, the mini cd and 2 demo tracks will be out in a few months. Really! Odyssey, is somethig different......As you know, or might know, Dan will record some of his all time fave cover songs, he also will remaster the original 3 mini CD tracks and put em all together. This will be a semi new full lenght. Dan is in the pre production phase with recording the cover songs. We will keep you up dated when there is some more info to share! For sure, both albums (Infestdead double album & Odyssey full lenght) will be KILLER albums!
New Ribspreader is indeed excellent. I noticed Ribspreader recorded an unreleased cd untitled 'Serenity in Obscurity' which is suppose to be released under the name Sleipner's Hooves on VIC records, does this plan on being released anytime soon and is there any mp3s or info on it ?. I'd like to hear this(produced by Dan!).
