dance of the water

    i find kalmah lacking originality...however i must say the intro of dance of the water is fantastic!!

    could you specify a bit more detailed where/why you find kalmah lacking originality?

    well..they seem like the typical super melodic finnish metal band...not that they aren't talented..just that their music lacks replay value...

    well...let me put it this way...kalmah are a band i would definitely have liked alot when i first started listening to metal...however after listening to so many bands...you start to have an idea of what bands you would have urge to listen over the hundreds of other on any given day....IMO kalmah lacks that edge

    I'm listening to metal for maybe 5 years now and I know a LOT bands - but when I heard kalmah the first time it really blew me away!!!

    alphamale, maybe you have listened to too many weak bands so that you still had their tunes ringing in your ear when you listened to kalmah the first time :D

    kalmah, i think is one of the better bands ive heard in a while. and ther orginality is really good. just listen to heritance of berija and the blind leader.
