Check out Bestial Raids, one of the finest bands from Poland in today's Death Metal scene. It's kinda "bestial", so I don't expect for you to like it...but listen anyways...who knows. Song1 Song2
Ghoul absolutely rule!! maybe not technical enough to be mentioned alongside of bands like Immolation tho
I'm getting that one as we speak. "Anaclasis" definitely made them my polish #3 death metal band after Vader and Lost Soul
Asphyx reunited! New song online: http://www.myspace.com/officialasphyx Though I prefer the vocals on the older tracks.
Not bad, it's a shame they don't have better production. Unholy Spirit has a couple parts in it I like alot
Well they defenately did a better job on this one. The Evangelistic Pain is my favorite next to Omega. Not to say all the others songs arent great in their own way 8.5/10 for music, lyrics, and atmosphere in my opinion. Goooooooood stuff
Awesome! Yeah bands like this that like to sound more like the older Brazilian style tend to stick with their style...pretty much up and including the production. I don't mind though...as long as I can hear what's going on I'm good.
I assume everybody has heard the latest Evocation album? I didn't know about it until now. Good stuff
http://www.ultimatemetal.com/forum/bloodbath/303616-evocation.html I even recommended the new album to you personally here http://www.ultimatemetal.com/forum/bloodbath/293763-new-mini-cd-new-line-up-19.html#post6374536 (or are you talking about the band from czech republic?)
No that was them lol, I guess I must have forgot. But aside from the pants pissing news lately from Bloodbath. Anyone else excited about Amon Amarth's next album? I sure as hell am. Same with Necrophagist's and Deicide's
I've probably said this before but people seriously need to listen to Usipian. Their only cd is definitely in my top 5 of all death metal.
It was okay, not as good as I thought but it works. I do like the best songs on Anaclasis more though. Hate is definitely a quality band.
Anybody interested in the new Testament album coming out soon? Demonic was awesome. The song Demonic Refusal is such a heavy masterpiece.
Testament seem kinda done with considering all the reunions, member changes and delays methinks. I used to love 'em around 2002 though. "The Gathering" is awesome.
I never got into Testament...only probably a couple songs off of the first album. I don't care for weak, ballad thrash bands.
To each their own. But Testament had some good death metal-ish riffs on their last 2 albums. Plus he can sound like a BEAST when he wants too. Better than slayer, anthrax, and metallica.
yup... when they really try to accomplish something they sound totally sick. I mean D.N.R. and Legions of The Dead on The Gathering are pure fucking Death/Thrash. Great drinking music.
