Interesting music, it actually reminds me a little bit of Poison The Well. This sounds very good! I can't hear any bass though.

    Thanks man for the feedback

I intentionally had bass in non dominant role in the mix

We haven't ever really had abass player so it's kinda faithful to the live sound

My guitar player uses an octave pedal into a bass amp live

I'm not going to comment on the mix but the songwriting is great. I love the songs.

Any info on the stuff used for recording ?

this was truly a use what i got operation

recorded in a small ass sectioned off piece of basement

re20 on kick, 57 on snare...shit CAD mics on hi/lo tom and CAD ohs.

Guitar was mesa single rectoverb with 57 slightly off axis. (I recorded stereo rhythm tracks, 1 lead track panned center)

Bass Direct (split into hi/lo..compressed to hell lo track and sansamp psa1 plugin on hi track)

    Digi002 rack mount

mainly mixed on a boombox and headphones lol

i know its not the greatest but to some extent it kinda suits the music

glad you like the songs though!
