EAR PROTECTION

    Yeah you get the mould of your ears made at Boots, they get sent away and you get your plugs back within 2 weeks normally.

    I would say absolutely go for the 15's if you're planning to use them for playing with a band.

    I have heavy tinnitus. I used to use the custom fit expensive ear plugs, but it was not worth the hassle: they lose their fit and thus leak sound, feel weird, are so easy to lose, and are not even sound proof enough, and they need washing. I bought professional ear protection for musicians and I discovered that they are perfect for daily use. I wear them all the time now, 24/7. Much preferred and highly recommended. Full density for loud situations, half size for normal daily routine.
