Yeah, it's a JB in the bridge and a '59 in the neck. Not a massive fan of them with distortion, to be honest. The '59 sounds AWESOME clean, though.

I'll be swapping them over to something else with a bit more midrange bite in there soon, just to get more of a growl into the tone again.

Pretty awesome LT. Thanks for giving us a tour of your new guitar. I'm pretty keen on this new artwork you mentioned.

I use Jim Dunlop .73 / .88 nylons (leaning more towards the .88's lately), which I bend to fit my hand better (HA! Not even my fuckin' picks get away without being customised to me  ).

hahah you should start a TV show called 'Pimp My Rig' or something. You could put bowling alleys n flat screen TVs on the back of people guitars.

Give this one a go, and change the extension from .txt to .l6t

    :)

Bear in mind, though, that while this is the basic sound we use and we do use it live too, there's a few extra things we do to it after it's recorded to make it sound like you hear on the recording, and you'll have other variables like pickups, guitar wood, even playing style, etc. that will make a HUGE difference to the sound.

The man even gives away his guitar tone secrets, is there anything he can't do?

I don't mind giving away the tone... that's just a small part of what makes up my total tone chain, the biggest bit comes from the playing. :)

Cheers to that man. I'll give that tone a whirl as soon as I can get my Line 6 Edit to stop being such a bitch.

Nope, that's the sound that we use live and used for Ascendence (with extra stuff on it later as I mentioned before). The rest of the tones we use for leads and stuff are all derivative of that sound. :)
