Hi to all of you SAXON Fans,

I've just watch my older stuff from this great band and I'm wondering
about the notice of a Fan Club at the older records and programms
    for odering the official merchandise.

Just would like to ask, was this only a merchandise office or a real Fan Club, and if so, what has happend to these guys

1 - Saxon Militia Guard Fan Club, SAE (in the older programms)
2 - The SAXON National Guard Fan Club (on the Destiny -LP)
3 - Fan Club and Merchandising : Swagman (on Solid ball.. -LP)

    greets

I think this cost £10 for membership and you got a large poster and mug. You also recieved information through the post (about as often as the updates on here... No offence to Vince, the bands input has always been lacking in this area).

There was also an option to pay £15 to meet the band at a fan forum. I paid, and recieved my cheque back about 2 months later when Swagman went into liquidation. Not sure about the other 2... some of us are a little younger than the old fans. :D

I was in the Militia Guard. Pretty much the same as MatRattz said about No3; I paid, got a bit of info, then nothing! It's nice to know somethings never change!
