The Seven Ages of Rock, narrated by Dennis Hopper (i believe produced by the BBC) Metal: A headbanger's Journey, Globe & Metal Evolution (on VH-1) (all by Sam Dunn) VH-1's 4 part metal documentary gets an honorable mention because it isn't completely horrible.
American Hardcore was really good also loved Vio-lence : Blood and Dirt. If your a fan of the band definitely worth checking out.
