The great Viking film has yet to be made, unfortunately. 13th Warrior was entertaining but had nothing to do with historical accuracy - more of a horror movie combined with a "last stand" war movie, with Viking flavor. I haven't seen The Vikings, but have read that it's shit. Anyone here seen it?

I saw The Vikings, it was pretty good for when it was made. Too much lack of pants on the guys though.

My parents named me after the Vikings because they wanted their first born to have a "Strong and powerful" name.

Yeah, I want to see that movie. Johan was inspirated by that movie to write the lyrics for "As Long As The Raven Flies". But where can I buy it? Or does somebody has a copy....?

But weaponjs and clothes etc. aren't so accurate and that is abit annoying. But its a great movie nevertheless.

I saw that film (Erik the Viking) and I found it amazing cos I love every stuff that is Viking
Even if the Erik wasn't so brave and a little bit stupid I found that he was a great actor.
I only didn't like Odin, why the hell had they gaven the role to a kid?
Were they joking, it wasn't so hilarious.
