I am planning to save up and buy a Jackson RR-1. But the only flaw it has is that it is only a 22 fret. Does anyone know how much it would cost to get a new 24 fretboard with sharkfin inlays? As well as the labor for switching them? Thanks.
seriously not worth it my friend, save up for a 24. and if your stuck on the RR1 then i can't help you out. consider any other choices?
You're out of luck. You can not change a Neck-thru I believe. And I don't think there are any good jackson RRs with 24 frets.
Are you a lefty? Cos I was gonna buy a lefty Rhoads, but the only ones they make is the RR1 I think....22 frets. I was just thinking the same thing
Do you really need 24 frets? I thought the same as you but then I got my RR-10X and I'm happy with every single fret of those 22.
