In a stunning blow to metal fans everywhere, Black Sabbath bassist Geezer Butler has released a statement firmly denying any possibility of a Sabbath reunion. "I would like to make it clear, because of mounting speculation and rumours, that there will be definitely no reunion of all four original members of Black Sabbath," he wrote. "Whether to record an album or to tour."http://www.rollingstone.com/music/n...reunion-of-all-four-original-members-20110217
Good. The reunion ran its course, and was good when it happened. I'd rather see Tony and Geezer do something else together. Ozzy, bless his heart, is all used up.
If Ozzy sounds as good in a few years if a Reunion were to happen, as he did in Detroit, I would welcome seeing it to be honest. If a reunion happens, there are thousands of people who want to see it, so why not?
It would only be good if they were to release a new album that wasn't too long and no filler. Don't try and fill up a CD wih an hour (or more) of music just for the sake of making it long. Put out a classic 40 minute Sab album. Second ~ Make sure with Sharon that it's okay to do the reunion and that she'll butt out and not interfere with the goings on. Otherwise REUNION is a GREAT final resting place. They could do more, don't get me wrong (and they are in my top three metal bands OAT) but they would need to be not only 100% focused and committed, but the love would have to be there 100% too. Sabbath is not a band that can just go theough the motions. It takes more effort than that.
Indeed. Say no to Ozz. And buried. HAH may have continued with a good legacy but the reaper took Ronnie away from us. That's the point, the bitch weill never left him od them alone. Look at the Best Buy add with Ozzy and Justin Bieber, evene Sharon shows up! So repeating myselkf, let "Reunion" be the gravestone.

I'm a huge Sabbath fan and even I don't want a reunion. In fact, I'm tired of hearing that they might get together again. To do what exactly? Put out another lackluster album? Tour while Ozzy reads his lyrics off a telempromter and Bill Ward calls it quits after a couple of shows and be replaced by Vinnie Appice or Ozzy's drummer? No thanks.
Why can't they just say what they mean to do and stick to it? Anyway, I hope they make a many Tony Martin back yes yes
Read the update above the link. http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=162068 And I still believe, say no to Ozz!
