My band Dalla Nebbia just made available a new 3 song demo for streaming and/or free download through bandcamp. The style is keyboard-heavy black metal that's also influenced by progressive rock. Feedback is welcome.

We released the EP as an instrumental version since we do not have a vocalist at this point in time.

The guitars were recorded directly into GarageBand using a DigiTech RP 500 effects pedal. The drums and bass were programmed in GarageBand, and all synths/sound effects came from GarageBand.

    Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

I'm in the same situation. If you buy MP3s from Amazon, and Amazon goes bankrupt, you'll have nothing.

That's why it's best to buy digital directly from the artist's website. Such as mine.

Hey everybody. This is Dr. Dave from "The Metal Ward." I do a weekly show featuring 80's and early 90's hard rock and heavy metal. I am considering adding another show during the week featuring unsigned bands. We are a brand new streaming station and are looking to boost our listenership. We stream 24/7 and are commercial free. The station is purely for the promotion of the music and is not a financial venture in any way. Everyone that is associated with the station is donating their time and efforts. We've been on for about a month and are about to increase our sound quality within the next couple of weeks. Would any of you be interested in an "unsigned metal" show? Ultimately, it would have to fit our format, but it is another avenue to get heard. You can like us on facebook at https://www.facebook.com/TheMetalWard and listen to the live stream here http://www.shoutcast.com/Internet-Radio/metal%20ward. Let us know what you think. Thanks for keeping the music alive!

Hi, everyone! I found Ultimate Metal when researching production/recording techniques for my band's first self-produced album, and the Acoustic Drums for Metal Guide thread really helped me out.

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone on the forum and ask you to check out the CD you helped us produce and mix. Here's a sample: http://undertheroseband.com/track/divide-and-be-conquered

    Thanks again!

Rock Metal Bands and artists can get a fair promotion deal including TV rotation streaming of their official or live videos, reviews, interviews, airplays, homepage focus, newsletters to selected media, contests, and much much more through our webzine, TV channel and promotion agency.

Hey! We are Nilfgaard - a melodic metal band from Bydgoszcz, Poland!

This is our debut album - Enter Fiction, recorded during the summer of 2013. It's a melodic metal album, with lyrics from various works of fiction - stories which we've found being most invocative and motivating! ((These include Dune, The Witcher, Battlestar Galactica.))

You can listen or download it FOR FREE - we make music from fans to fans - here:
