Possibly. I have to listen to them back to back.
Blizzard is better than Sabotage, at least.
Blizzard of Ozz is a fantastic album, I think it's easily the best of his solo works and possibly one of my favourite traditional metal albums of all time.
There's some real magic in that one. Also, possibly some cocaine.
Blizzard & Diary are some of the very best metal albums out there. I would say they are on par with the best of Sabbath.
I agree with him, Sabotage still rules though.
Finished my list. That was kinda difficult for the bottom half.
maybe blizzard is just overplayed for me. im so tired of fucking crazy train.
i loved no more tears back when it was released. need to spin that one again.
Well, same actually. But many of my favourite albums seem to have a track I've heard too many damn times. Especially comes with the territory with 1980's metal, like Iron Maiden.
I hardly heard any metal on the radio growing up so I can happily say Crazy Train is still fresh to me. Pretty much a pop-metal 10/10.
Neither did I actually. Now I'm not sure how those songs feel overplayed to me...
"Ozzy" "POSSIBLY some cocaine"
I mean let's be real here, he was like 7/10ths of Pablo Escobar's profit margins by the 80's.
Listening to Dio's solo albums now. Holy Diver, Dream Evil, Sacred Heart, Last in Line.
None come close to his work with Sabbath
Check out Strange Highways, especially if you like Dehumanizer. Very much a continuation of the Dehumanizer style.
What the fuck? Holy Diver is the greatest metal album of all time you philistine!
Listening to 13 now. There are hints of classic Sabbath here.
Not even close. Though it was the best of the lot.
H&H and The Mob Rules have so many dull tracks.
What made it inferior?
