I just find it a bit funny that he was complaining about the list and then tried to imply that Tapping the Vein should have been on there or that it's Sodoms best .... that album is cool and all, but far from being their best. And it definitely doesn't deserve a spot on this top 20 list.
I didn't vote for who "deserves" the spot because then my list would look a lot different, I voted for my personal favorites. And I find this list from my personal view kinda boring, obvious and just meh...
Well the both of you did say Tapping the Vein is their best. But i get what you're saying. My post was more in response to NG .... ... i love the first 5 Sodom albums, but the only one that TtV tops is Better Off Dead ... and i'm not even so sure about that.

Sadus over fucking Dark Angel? For number of quality releases, sure. But Darkness Descends stomps anything Sadus ever did.
There's a ton of irrational Death Angel hate on these boards, both because their late early era stuff was weak and because reviving thrash metal bands is vntrve regardless of how kickass it is.

Yea right, first three Sadus albums are all better than anything Dark Angel has ever done. I love Darkness Descends... but i think it's a bit overrated. Wrong. Also, you have to list HA. Did you even read the OP? I'm not familiar with the Holy Terror or Artillery, so I'm going to listen to both thoroughly before in make my list. I doubt that will change my list much though

I did read the OP, schmuckface. And i sent him a message about it earlier too. I don't wanna include 3 Slayer albums in my top 15(as much as i'd love to). Were going to end up with the top 5 having all three of em'. He can give it an extra 1 point for the 20 spot but there's no way i can list that album at 20 ... that would just be false.

I'm listening to that Holy Terror. So far its pretty good. The Immortal Wasteland is kinda Meh, but overall impressive so far.
