The decision to smoke is a horrible one for your health, I agree, but I am getting pretty pissed over the public smoking laws going around. I agree with LadyValerie completely, and hate that people are freaking out over something so minor as secondhand smoke outdoors.

 

No one is freaking out about smoking outdoors, at least no one in this thread. We are talking about smoking in public establishments

 

I mean people in general. Fort Worth and other cities are talking about banning smoking outdoors. I don't mind smoking being banned in a restaurant or whatever.

 

Yeah, outdoor smoking bans are fucking retarded. Is there really any justification for that besides the lawmakers' hope that they'll be able to inconvenience smokers into quitting?

I have never had one and never will. There are lots of other methods of stress release, and the ones that I use don't involve killing myself. But, your body, your choice... If you enjoy killing yourself, then thats your thing and you go do it.
