WELL, BIG SURPRISE. I HAVE E-MAILED BLACKMARK ABOUT WHEN THE CD WILL SHIP AND NO RESPONSE. IT SAYS JUNE 4TH, BUT HOW COULD YOU SHIP THE CD ON TIME IF YOU CANT EVEN ANSWER AN E-MAIL? SOME OF THESE LABELS ARE JUST A JOKE IT SEEMS. ANY BETTER WAYS TOP GRAB THIS BABY? THEEND HERE IN THE STATES IS NOT GETTING SOON, THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING IT IN STOCK THEY SAID.
Maybe just a little patience is needed - the album was only completed and turned in recently. Labels usually take some time to get the finished product ready to go and line up their marketing for the album's release - if any at all. Not that I'm an expert in the business, but that's the typical scenario. Hold your horses - the disc will be released eventually!

1-2 days is pretty fast. They aren't a big multinational corporation. So relax and you'll get what you want sooner or later.

I orderd white darkness from BM nearly two weeks ago and also emailed them to ask a question, still no reply. I'm scared, are black mark really as bad as ive heard
I've only used Black Mark mailorder on a few occasions over the years, but they were always good, problem-free experiences. I too sent them an e-mail weeks ago regarding the new Nightingale album, and never heard back. I'm thinking that when June 4th rolls around, none of us could go wrong by ordering the CD from Black Mark, if it doesn't turn up anywhere else.
I bought the Alive Again shirt from Black Mark in early April. I have yet to receive it and i have emailed them a few times and their response is always "sorry shipping to america isnt good, maybe it got lost." So i can say i dont like their service
Damn...well, while a little slow, I have not had any problems with ordering from Black Mark yet. I have a big Nightingale order on the way at the beginning of next month, which includes the new CD...don't jinx it guys!

I ordered the Crimson II T-shirt from them and it took a few months... I found out it got lost in the mail, and I e-mailed them so they sent another one which I received. It was pretty nice of them to send another one though.
Shit. Dan should really hook up with some label like Laser's Edge or something. Just some place where we know we can buy CD's easily.
