I ve been playing guitar for a bit and iam likeing it very much but my rhythm sucks... and i dont know what to do my songs never come out like there suppose to any one know how to build rhythm very quickly or at least the rite way? My timeing is always off..
Practice... a lot Try playing along with some Ministry, 'Animositisomina' or something else...mainly rhythm guitars on that

Practice practice practice! Did I mention practice? Start out learning some simple songs. Simple chords and simple scales will get you started. Grow a ear for a great rythym to fit behind a lead by experimentation. The rythym in my songs is it times abstract but it fits because it sounds good. Experimentation is the only way to obtain the right sound. Mess around with some shit. You'll be surprised. NP: Evergrey - Dark Waters
