Are you fucking kidding me? I almost entirely agree with you(except I just happen to like older In Flames).

    Can't disagree.

I just posted that because I think STYE bashing's gotten quite old. The only reason St. Anger had more was because it was much, much, worse. Also, STYE leaked a month and half ago.

It's just old. And the Jon Davis comparison is equally tired.

Really, there's nothing more to discuss. In Flames seem to have forgotten how to write memorable music, end of story. It's a shame, given that lunar strain, subterranean, and whoracle are some of my favorite albums.

And I agree, tjr is a bit overrated.

I think In Flames' most overrated is Whoracle. I mean, I listen to The Jester Race, love it, I listen to Colony, love it, I listen to Whoracle and i'm like, WTF?!, I didn't notice a single song!!

I think trying to sound like Korn is a step in the right direction for this band.

In Flames have been releasing average music ever since Subterranean. At least Anders wasn't even in the band then.

That's weird. Whoracle is my favorite. I like colony ALRIGHT, and TJR is pretty good but I never enjoy it as much as whoracle. I really do love the lunarstrain/subterranean album though. All the others never get play time from me.
