    I doubt he'd do anything since he probably wouldn't consider those nominated to be black metal. and thats assuming he'd even care since that was mostly euronymous hype

    yeah but can you honestly say that DEAD would call borknagar black metal? considering thats what my post was stating...

    I dunno really, I guess his view of BM was the ARYSK BLAK MITAL one; you know, face paint, spike & leather + lots of blood etc.

    Because Euronymous for the most part wasnt all that interesting in my opinion. Plus theres no way Euronymous would have survived through those years, even if vikernes hadnt killed him. But this really isnt the place for black metal history remeniscing (sp?) now is it.
