    If I were to buy that guitar I'd assure that I had a humbucker made for guitars. No seriously, I just have some complexes about EMGs, they just sound so shitty to me.

    I know lots of people like it, but am I the only one who likes passive p-ups better?

    What about a Duncan Screamin' Demon instead? That one can sound pretty fucking much like the J-50BC.
    Then there's custom pickups like Stan Hinesley or Bareknuckle, but they would probably cost way too much (except Stans cost app. the same as Dimarzios) - I just don't know about deals and stuff with Jackson and p-up companys.

    Just my input, you don't have to take it, but to me it seems more true to the original.
