This bloke hooked up his Christmas light to synch with Slayer. It gets especially good in the last 20 seconds or so: From the comments section: "This is what God would look like if he was a house."
I posted that one about three posts up in this thread I think the very best part of it is the username.
Hi guys, though some of you might be interested in seeing this - this was my music film from when I was at the New York Film Academy in 2007. The brief was to creat a 5 minute film set to music. Was shot and edited over a 24 hour period on 16mm film in the midst of a NY blizzard - hence the almost entirely indoors locations... more of a descriptor if you go to the youtube page. Set to Evergrey's When the Walls Go Down. Cheers! Liam
Nice work. Up until about halfway through, I thought it was about the place I've been lately. During that final long shot of the building, I thought I was going to see a body fall to the ground.

Yes, I am a nerd. And this is definitely the coolest thing I've seen all week! Rage and Sciby both sent in this cool Phantom of the Floppera video, where floppy drives play Bach's Toccata & Fugue. Features two 3 1/2" drives and two 5 1/4" drives connected to a PIC18f14k50 microcontroller. It interfaces to any MIDI source via MIDI over USB. Straight MIDI would also be possible with an additional small circuit and some minor firmware changes. This initial version can respond to all 128 MIDI notes, and pitch bends +/- 2 semitones. Comment#1: If it fails do they restore from Bach-up? - GOLD!
Hey guys - got some videos from Soundwave Brisbane on Saturday up on my Youtube Channel if you are interested: http://www.youtube.com/user/dallash71 I'm not a Slayer fan so NFI what the name is of the song of theirs I got - if you know, let me know! And the sound on the bit of Raining Blood I recorded is shit - caught that on my point-and-shoot. The rest are from a dedicated video camera so the sound is much better.
