Ann and Nancy Wilson's cover of Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven. I think this is really worth watching! Skip to 6m44s. There is a Led Zeppelin tribute show at the Opera House in about 2 weeks for anyone interested. It is why I have been watching LZ videos. Also check out Ann and Nancy Wilson's cover of Gimme Shelter with Queensryche if you haven't heard it. That was one of the songs that got me into metal. I heard Gimme Shelter in the movie Air America and googled (perhaps AltaVistaed) it.
I've watched a lot of this guy's videos - they're pretty cool!! He's got a ton of them. The Ghostbusters one is good too...
Great vocals for the Farnham cover. SHIT arrangement and of all the JF back catalogue, THAT one again?
Sure, but that doesn't mean it has to be the only song of a guy with a 40 year career that EVERY FUCKER ALWAYS COVERS EVER though. It may be the obvious choice, but is that necessarily the best choice?
Supercars in the virtual world can get just a teeny bit crazier than in real life: https://www.facebook.com/video.php?v=3244653555555143
That video was very confusing It took me a while to figure out what they had done there. I thought it was a game, but couldn't believe graphics could be that realistic. .
You guys into Nanowar of Steel? They popped up in my Youtube mixes recently and they are growing on me. Their songs seem to be loaded with jokes too. I think they are worth checking out.
Thumbs up for Nanowar of steel. Ironmonger is good too- for the visual joke on The Wall and doing the baker street theme on guitar as a solo.
