Yeah they did the support last time too.
Sweet as. Dreadnaught and Testament is an awesome combo.
I know I say this a lot, but THIS WILL SLAY.
Hm, will go but hope they are more like the first time I saw them rather than the second time. Something just wan't right about the last tour.
FUCK!!!!! Why does it have to be on the same night Sydney FC's first home game of the season
lol ... but your correct as usual Gore
So I noticed today in the most recent Roadrunner Australia newsletter they list ROB ZOMBIE in the 'rumoured tours' section.
Anyone know how much weight this rumour carries? I'd quite like to see him live
Haven't heard anything about it but I'd definitely go. Zombie would be a fun live show I'd reckon.
Saw him in the US in 2005 and it was decidedly underwhelming. Still, could be different in a non-festival situation.
Being in the process of organising my trip to Sydney for Overkill, I am not sure I can afford to go to Testament as well. I will certainly try though, because they were frigging awesome in '07. If I do go, it will be to Melbourne. Anyone else planning to attend that one?
I'm certainly hoping to. Enjoyed it last time.
Well, I've changed my thoughts on this - I AM going to Testament unless I am truly too poor to eat or something.
So I will be at -
Testament in Melbourne in August
Overkill in Sydney in September
Who is going to drink with me before or after these gigs?? I've pretty much not been to Sydney (city, anyway) before.
I'm sure some of us will hang will you.
EXODUS AUSTRALIAN / NEW ZEALAND TOUR OCTOBER 2010
“I’m not happy unless I see someone out there in the pit, bleeding and smiling!” Gary Holt
At the beginning of their career, EXODUS gained huge notoriety in the international underground scene as a result of the tape trading community. Their dynamic guitar riffing, adrenaline-inducing drum work, and bloodied live shows made all the difference in the band’s mission to take Bay Area Thrash to a worldwide audience. By 1983, the band line-up included guitarist Rick Hunolt and bassist Rob McKillop and had inspired the likes of Metallica, Testament, Death Angel, and Vio-lence. EXODUS’ debut, the immortal, must-have, undisputed thrash classic Bonded By Blood was released in and a vast tour with Slayer and Venom propelled the band into a household name. Eight albums later, EXODUS still remain at the top of their game, continuing to dominate the charge and showing all in their path what classic metal is about.
These undisputed thrash metal legends are on their way to smash Australian and New Zealand for their first headlining tour in these parts of the globe. EXODUS promise us another lesson in violence with a thrashing master class in heart-racing, eyebrow-raising, raise-your-fist-in-the-air guitar riffs, rip-tide bass lines, and double-bass flurries.
Get in the pit and show your worth!

Overkill, Testament, Exodus.....
This is nuts. Why didn't someone just bring them all out together?
"The little 3"
Add Death Angel in there too: The Better Four tour.
I was devastated when I heard about Exodus. Not one of these 3 bands is playing Adelaide, yet they are coming to Australia in August, September, and October respectively. I have Overkill sorted, and intend to make Testament. How the fuck am I supposed to get to Exodus as well? But how will I live with myself if I don't? (haven't seen them before).
I'm already selling everything on ebay to make it to Testament and Overkill. *cries, sulks, weeps, bawls*
