And on a side note, did anyone hear what happened to the guitarist from Static-X (yes, they suck nuts)?

It would appear the poor guy's got the hots for the little kiddies. Too bad his name isn't R Kelly.

Well, technically he is a ephebophile, as the girl of that age should be postpubescent, and pedophilia is an attraction to prepubescents.

Anyway, it can be hard to tell the age of some people. Maybe she lied about her age, and he couldn't tell. It happens. I've seen 12 year olds who look older than I do.

Elvis fucked a teenager. The Nuge fucked a teenager. Jerry Lee Lewis fucked his teenage second cousin.

    It's a rock thing I guess.

Hardcore and "nu-metal" that's two very different things.

yup. I guess the nu-metal thingy had various names before this actual one. I also remember some magazines calling them rap-rock
about the topic, a very good friend of mine is now totally depressed about the fact. but yeah, I may do the same once it happens to my fav band, hope it won't ever. I remember I did feel quite under the weather at concrete happenings about the bands I adore...

Rather crossover or something like. Like Cerulean said, hardcore and nu are real different.

I don't care for that kind of stuff, but I think Mudvayne = Nu, while guys like Cro-Mags = hardcore.

    yes i know.

but whats the difference? technicality? the use of turntables?...what?

i tend to think they are basically the same thing...with slight differences in sound.
