    ^^"may help". You don't have to register shit with the library of congress to make it hold up in court, but it does make it easier.

    Yeah, I am just saying that if one of the bands did copyright their stuff this would be an open & shut case. No looking through and verifying time stamps on masters etc. It's exactly why I copyright everything.

    Some people still send themselves sealed letters with original prints of their tabs, but you don't actually need to. Otherwise you could "troll patent" any song or artistic creation that is not registered yet.

    Just more of a pain in the ass to prove maybe, but that wouldn't make it their song more than if they didn't register it.
