    someone like this Swedish band?
I think it was mentioned here in a thread about bands that sound like katatonia...
In any case...a Swedish guy suggested me to check out this band (esp. the album Tsunami) and told me they were similar to Kata...
Well, I only listened to a few samples, but it seems quite intresting music! Worth to check out!

If you can find it somewhere, get Tsunami NOW! It's one hell of an album, a bit short (around 38 minutes with 8 tracks) but it hits you like a punch in the face. Very depressive stuff with clean vocals. The music is very dynamic and organic sounding with a Devin Townsend - like production (wall of sound). One of my favourite albums of all times and an emotional gem.

The guys seem to be working on a new album since the end of last year so maybe someday soon they'll release something new.

Yea, I found them, and they sound pretty good, but not quite Katatonia now are they.

i can´t say anything else...only that Komotio will play at S2 in Borlänge (Sweden) this friday, nov. 4. we will, naturally, only play Katatonia and October Tide songs. so if you wanna see 200 drunken farmers + Komotio you should concider a trip to "the valleys" this weekend. cheers!

Do you play only in Dalarna or there´s a chance to see you somewhere...er.. in Stockholms län for example?
I would have come if I have had my car here...it´s so beautiful there up to "the valleys"...and since I have to wait so long before I see Kata again...why not listening to your other side projects!

Then you only have one option: start your own label.

Dont be sad Danne, there are many labels who time after time prove that they hapily sign bands that suck.
Infact, in todays musicclimate there are almost more bands that suck that get signed than good bands..
Ergo, the more you suck, the bigger chance you have of getting signed.
