Yeah, I totally agree with you Eagle! There's nothing like norwegian power metal! :D
Seriously, the album is great. My favorite song has to be the titletrack, where Jan Tore sings duet with Daniel Heiman.. It's amazing!
I will recommend you to check out their first albums too, where the band go under the name "Phoenix Rizing". Check out their debut "Rise from the Ashes" and their second album, "Eternal Crusade".. both very good albums.. check them out, you might like them :)

and also check out their new official website :
    www.highlandglory.com

    it's awesome.

    Dungeon - Rise to Power

Whilst over at Wacken I had a bit of a splurge & bought:

Andromeda - Extention of the Wish (is that the one you liked Charlie?)
Ayreon - Flight of the Migrator (great album)
Circle II Circle - Watching in Silence (as they were playing & were cool)
Crimson Glory - Trancendence (had it on vynal for years)
Evergrey - Recreation Day (my 1st one & excellent)
Labyrinth - S/T (not listened to it yet)
Therion - Deggial (good but not as good as "Theli", "Vovin" or "...Runes"
& got Wizard - Odin (was free for my spending)

I'd expected a music with more originality, and sounds that push the boundaries.
It is not bad... but, no good.:)

If you have money, you need to buy it.

I hate the new Metallica album.. didn't like it at all. There's a couple of tracks that's listenable, but most of it doesn't appeal to me... "back to our roots"..no, I don't think so..

Anyway, a big welcome to you Dark_vampiress! :)
