    METALSTOCK – ROAD RAGE TOUR

Metalstock Festival has managed to establish itself as one of the prime Australian Metal events over the last two years. In 2007 the saga of Australia's one-and-only three day Metal Open Air will not only continue, but also expand, taking three of its finest bands on the official Metalstock – Road Rage Tour.

The 'exotic' Death Metal machine Nervecell, hailing all the way from Dubai will not only envoke curiosity amongst Australian audiences, but also prove that Metal is a global phenomena that reaches even the most remote places, including Australia and the Arabian peninsula. Nervecell's classical Death Metal with a spice of Thrash will reflect the band's musical past including songs from their 2004 release 'Human Chaos', enriched by exclusive material from their upcoming full length album 'Preaching Venom'. Nervecell will be supported by West Australia's top Black Metal act The Furor who have previously toured the East Coast multiple times, yet not been seen or heard on our shores for more than a year. The Furor fans and those surely becoming Furor fans at their next show can expect a mind-blowing live performance full of passion, professionalism and 'in your face' Black Metal power. Last but definitely not least are Aeturnus Dominion from the NSW Central Coast who over the years have gathered a faithful number of fans from in and around their area. Aeturnus Dominion's Old School Thrash/Death Metal merges the best attributes of both genres into a unique mix of groovy, yet heavy music that excites every listener's neck muscles, inevitably forcing anyone with a decent taste of music into an untamed orgy full of head-banging and moshing a la Metal carte.

Dubai's Nervecell, Perth's The Furor and NSW's Aeturnus Dominion will kick off the festive Metalstock season on Friday the 30.04. in Melbourne's Arthouse, followed by five more shows including Adelaide, Wagga Wagga, Wollongong, Canberra and Sydney. Furthermore, the three Metal acts will be supported by well known local acts at all shows.

The Metalstock – Road Rage Tour will not only be a unique experience for nerves, ears and livers, but also offer the chance for a few lucky punters to exclusively win Metalstock Festival Passes as well as merchandise and other goodies. It will also provide opportunities for those who have previously missed out on tickets, as there are Metalstock tickets available at all shows.
