    Yes, Morningrise was the easiest Opeth album for me to get into, and is my second favourite at this moment in time.

    morningrise, indeed, is amazing. it took me a little bit to get into it, but i now treasure it. i enjoy it more than orchid too (since we're talking about older releases, thought i'd mention), as of now. silent water still fucking owns, despite mikael's skeptism, haha.

    it took me a while to really appreciate every song but from the moment I first heard Advent I had always liked the album. Probably my alltime favorite opeth release
