    ttytt I dont even know what "same old crap" is referring to because most of the bands mentioned in here are doing something different in black metal (save for shit like agalloch and belphegor)

    A Forest Of Stars is a great one actually, The Corpse Of Rebirth is quite the album. Experimental Black Metal.

    The Ruins Of Beverast. Ridiculous one-man band from Germany. It's the composition man, the composition. Music that is almost perfectly executed. "Unlock The Shrines" and "Rain Upon The Impure" 2 black metal albums you must hear before you die.

    didnt wanna mention ruins cos they're not really what he's looking for but what the hell

    rain upon the impure is amazing, as you know from my hyping on belting I'm sure.
