Now THAT's how you slay a metal show. Loved every minute of it!
Amen !! They set a very high bar for the rest of the fest. They were fantastic.
Fantastic is almost an insult to how amazing that was. Definitely on my short list of best shows ever.
I am not recognizable as my face is completely melted off!
I expected them to be good. I underestimated them by a factor of 100. Wow.
Well worth waiting the year since they were announced
lol i got a text from ANGRARULES just saying. ONE WORD FOR YOU, MYRATH!!!!
I assume it was an amazing set!?
It was. I say that as someone who doesn't care for Prog, so take that into consideration.
Even more impressive they were right off the plane jet-lagged, and undoubtedly frustrated with the loss of luggage and guitar. They still put on a great performance.
Should the festival continue, I expect a return.
A M A Z I N G.
That's what it's all about .. band comes in under pressure and just nails it. I was lukewarm to this band on disc, but they were so good live that they have captured my attention to the point that I will be revisiting their catalog. Great stuff!
They stole Friday, IMHO...
They were spot on. I could have listened to them all day. Excellent show.
Best of Friday. I love Soilwork, but Myrath was OFF the charts!!!
Have and love all their albums, but live, they were AWESOME
Myrath was the best of the weekend for me. All the bands performed well, but Myrath was the only truly "special" one for me. Sabaton a close second.
Myrath was perfect
Best band of Friday for sure.
Show of the fest IMO. No one else had the energy and passion they brought.
They were AMAZING. Given some of the headache they went through just to get to Atlanta in order to play, you wouldn't know based on their performance. They were dead on! They all sounded amazing.
And I think most of the ladies in attendance were quite taken with the frontman. I certainly was!
His Hair Was Perfect, along with their performance..
I honestly felt sorry for every other band that had to follow them on Friday, especially Xandria. They were the talk of the fest all weekend.
