I believe they are Christian power metal. Their band name is one word and I believe it ends with a vowel. I can't remember their name.

    BTW- It's not Theocracy

I couldn't find the group I'm thinking of.

I think their name is latin or something.

Anything else to go on? A song name or two, perhaps?

Edit: Names I can come up with that meet your criteria:

    Harmony
    Sacrecy
    Adiastasia
Mehida (I consider them more prog, but they're still power-metally)
    Divinefire
    Narnia

Edit again: Oops, missed the part where you said Latin. Oh well. :(

None of them. And the more I think of it, I don't think they have a latin name.

Only thing that comes to mind (that hasn't been said) is Menahem. But they are more prog.

Are you sure they are Christian? Maybe Celesty?

Maybe that new band that's been circling around here: Enceladus?
    Eterna?
    Incrave?
    Destra?

Can I hijack this thread now? Guys, there's a power metal band that I believe has the word "elf" or "elven" in it that I remember hearing a long time ago and kind of enjoyed. Now that I'm beginning to actually appreciate power metal more, hearing this band again would be great. I think they had album art that was green/forestry but that's pretty much to be expected.

    Was it a christian band?
If not, then Elvenking would fit...

    That was me.

Also, I don't think Affector qualifies as Christian band, but they are quite good.

Elvenking ..... glad someone mentioned them. I'd heard good things about them and this reminds me that I need to look up their music. :)

With a name like Elvenking, it HAS to be good power metal.

    Checking that out today.
