Sounded great to me. Mirror Of Souls is currently my favourite album of all time (previously it had been Snakes In The Playground followed by Stop The Bleeding). I'm not a fan of long songs, but the epic Mirror Of Souls track at the end was so superb it's one of the greatest songs I've heard.

As to the new album....... the clip sounds amazing (as expected!). I'll be first in the queue to buy it.

Hi Ryan, good to see you. Love the Theocracy sound. Matt Smith is the man!

Kevin, as for Snakes being the only good album.:loco:

Bride, in my opinion, was searching for their sound, so to speak, before Snakes. They found it on Snakes, and then tried wayyyy too hard to replicate it, and it ended up being a total disaster for them.

Kind of how I only really like To Hell with the Devil and Murder by Pride from Stryper...everything else sounds too generic. :p

Stryper is far from generic. Classic is more like it! SOLDIERS UNDER COMMAND FTW!

No, Stryper are generic. Plenty of bands did what they did, but better and before Stryper existed.

Yes, they do....but so do the dozens of other bands that they sound like. I didn't say they were bad, I said they were generic. Difference.

I don't mind if a band is considered generic or not - in the end it must be pretty difficult to become unique when there are so many bands out there. To me there are lots of similarities between bands, but sometimes that makes them stronger - because if you know you like a certain style that one band plays then if you found another band that plays similar it's all good for you.

My favourite Bride album at the moment is Silence Is Madness, followed closely by Show No Mercy. But all Brides albums (to me) are pretty good.

I am a recent (about two months ago) fan of Theocracy I have to say this is the best christian metal band I have come across since I found Deliverance! I am stoked for a new album and for the love of pete please tour in ohio!!! I was looking for the closest thing I could get to Iced Earth that was christian and I was blessed to find this band:)

    Where'd you hear it?

Not that I don't believe you, I just don't want to get my hopes up....because, The Letter Black is coming very, very soon, then Disciple in late July, so Theocracy in fall would be perfect timing.
