    Sure thing. Check PM's

I always have a first listen to a new album/EP/whatever through headphones. It really does allow you to totally encompass yourself in the music. Then again it pretty much depends on the quality of the headphones.

I'd have to say a 6.1 setup would also do that too even though it's really just being duplicated across the extra channels

Yeah I guess so. I always feel paranoid that if I don't listen to something (particularly a first listen) through headphones that I'll miss something vital. Plus, as well as allowing you to get your ear quite close to the music, headphones do also block out alot of external noises so that first listen is as uninterrupted and pure as can be.

It's a hard choice. The headphones are very good, midrange.. Speakers are giant dinosaurs from the early nineties, but I love em. Gonna have to listen via both ways.. heh..

Gonna go Speakers first, then headphones Cos i'll be ready to pick out more details on second listen..

    God we're nerds.. lol..

I tried with headphones first since i have a slight hearing impairment, so this way got a good first impression.

Holy fuck. I did not expect to get blown away like this as much as I did. Sure it didn't redefine music for me, but wow. It's like fas but just a little more perfect.

gonna take a wank while thinking about this song

also yeah it did seem a bit more happy at times

I just accidentally my whole post.. =(

oh well, it said good stuff about the song. Flows well, expands on fas, doesn't redefine music though, i'll wait for the third of the trilogy to do that. =)

This kind of music probably isn't helping my bloodpressure either. Amazing though.

Does anyone know if this is the Appendix for Fas as Kenose was to SMRC? If it's not, then that means at least one more full and two EPs... ohhhhhhhh. :D

Well it kinda went SMRC, then we got the Mass Grave Aesthetics split, then we got Kenose, and then the split, and then fas, and then this split.

    Trilogy pt 1
    split
    Album
    split
    Trilogy pt 2
    split
    Album? (kenose 2?)
    split
    Trilogy pt 3

    Pure speculation of course..

And then probably another split then album. Like I said, Kenose is the Appendix for SMRC.

I'm afraid to ask, but what happens after that. :(

The split songs are just songs they have composed with no relation to the trilogy. Nibster: the official site has been under construction for a long time. So I wouldn't hold my breath for it. The new song is pretty great and has a fuckload of life to it. Better than Mass, but I wouldn't put it over Diabolus Absconditus yet, but I think it will grow a lot more.

^ I think I do too. Though I've always felt that their albums/EPs completely owned their splits. And I really like the direction they've taken on this, allows for lots of room to grow.
