7-8 hours per night is the gold standard in terms of a healthy lifestyle.
Yeah, tardiness isn't that big a deal in college.
I need at least seven. If I start getting less than that for more than four nights in a row, I usually start to feel under the weather.
They still make you wear pants to college, do I still don't see what the big deal is.
People who are still growing (i.e. teenagers) need way more than that, actually.
Not at some of the more liberal colleges.
Yeah, I was joking. Personally I find it very difficult to get that amount of sleep on a regular basis. It takes me forever to fall asleep (i.e. if I'm preoccupied/worried about ANYTHING when I go to bed, it takes me easily an hour or two to fall asleep, and occasionally 4 to 6 ), and I usually don't get enough sleep if I have to get up for something, so my sleeping pattern is generally all over the place. I don't think I could possibly have a regular sleep schedule until I get out of college and have a steady full-time job.
6:00 - up
7:00 - school
2:00 - home for 20 minutes
2:20 - 5/6/7
11:00 - bed
For someone who micromanages almost every aspect of life, I get to sleep very easily.
Half a bottle of bourbon helps.
Yeah, and it doesn't lead to addiction at all.
I eat Coco Wheats every morning
I said Bourbon not Blow.
Because there's no such thing as alchoholism
i hate when i wake up early, but my dog doesn't let me sleep after 7:15

I've been exercising when I wake up and right before I go to sleep
Amputate its lipser.
has anyone ever had dog?
I've heard it tastes like crappy chicken
I would imagine it tastes more like the erosion of your soul.
Dude, the dogs they raise for eating are not pets
Ever had an ostrich burger?
