    "German metallers RAGE will release their new album, 21, on February 24th via Nuclear Blast. The material was recorded with Charlie Bauerfeind (BLIND GUARDIAN, HALFORD, HAMMERFALL) at Twilight Hall studios in Grefrath. Check out guitarist Victor Smolski recording and tracking with his ENGL signature "limited edition" Amp in the studio below:"

    That was awesome. And the record will 'sound' fantastic due to that ridiculous sig ENGL he has.... errrr well hes a disgusting guitarist also :)

    Agreed... I'm not even a musician, and it was still obvious when seeing him live at ProgPower that he has a huge amount of skill and precision in his playing. Probably one of the most skilled guitarists I've ever seen play.

    I THINK, but I'm not 100% sure he is/was endorsed by Yamaha guitars, of all things. Just checked his website, Yamaha & Siggi guitars.....I belive that's a siggi ini the vid....

    Always great to see a new Rage album coming out. Excellent band for many years. Would be great to see them return to PP. Smolski is one amazing guitarist.

    I guess it's getting pretty late in life to be expecting Peavy to return with a creative renaissance, but wow, not a single independent writing credit for him? Ouch. :(
