This awesome UK Progressive Metal band will release their new album Dead Reckoning on April 24 for the US.
You can listen to some new song on www.myspace.com/thresholdofficial or http://www.thresh.net . This is a really awesome band and the first songs are really awesome, so I think you guys could listen to them, you won't regret!

Consensus music, slick prog, growls from Dan Swanö's growl library?

Seriously, I liked them more when they did not cater so obviosuly to the heavy crowds. BLame it on Nuke Blast, haha!

Apart from that - why spam here?

This album is awesome. I love progressive metal like Spiral Arquitect, and I think anyone who loves it will like this new album.

Go listen to them and you'll find out - this is the heaviest prog I've heard in a while and is a fantastic album. Can't wait to see them later in the year. There's some samples on the band website which is where I first heard the album

Good...but not as good as Hypothetical. They've been whoring this release all over UM.

Threshold is one of those "meh, nothing too special" bands for me. I don't hate them but I also don't want to drop 15$ on more of their CDs that I will probably listen to twice.

The new album is amazing. Just cause they don't play as technical a style of music doesn't mean they're not a great prog band.

The new disc slays. Here's a long review I did of it:
