As if my day weren't shitty enough, this Super Bowl was the most-watched tv show in history. Go Colts!
Congrats...I'm glad your Saints won...but this is lame. In the big picture this game, right or wrong, wether we like it or not was about Manning, Mr MVP... his legacy and what this win would do for it? If the Colts had won, it would have been a f-in Manning spewfest, how great he is, two rings and counting etc. The INT wasn't a fluke, not some tipped ball or some crazy play...you could see it coming how the Saints CB's started jumpin routes nearly pick'n off Manning a few times? He got a little rattled near the end People will mainly remember this SB simply as a bad costly play by Manning that sealed the game away...the fact that it went for six going the other way made it that much more enjoyable for me. He had a great regular season but he has had bad INT's in big games before, it happens less we forget. This INT was a tough one...one that hopefully haunts him for a while.
I guess the Colts of now are like the Alanta Braves of the 90s.Keep getting into the playoff and only win it once.
BUMP Lot of sports fans are dumb people.Look at Eagles fans, they are some of the most classless fans in sports. Then they are bandwagon fans.Any team that doing good, but the Saints have lots of them at this point of time. Not all sports fans are dumb.
Not every team is baseball wins with big money. Look at the Mets. Then look at a team like the Rays. A team with good ownership wins championships.
