This Finnish band just released their debut album a couple of weeks ago on Century Media. Finally managed to buy it yesterday after having heard two songs earlier in the spring.

Fantastic stuff! Certainly the best prog metal album out of Finland in a long time and will end up high on my top album list this year for sure. Lots of different influences from Tool, Meshuggah, old PoS, Dream Theater, some jazzier stuff etc. The song from YouTube and another full one are up on Soundcloud too: http://soundcloud.com/oddland

Seems to be only $8.99 on Amazon as mp3 download: [ame]http://www.amazon.com/The-Treachery-of-Senses/dp/B007UK5NFK[/ame]

CM Distro had this earlier for a little while pretty cheap but they must have run out of them, their site doesn't even come up with it anymore when searching.. Ebay has some copies for alright prices, much recommended.

That tune was fantastic! Thanks for the suggestion. Listening to the rest of the album on Rhapsody right now. Looks like my wallet will soon be a bit lighter. :headbang:

Got this the other day and I'm loving it. This style is usually not my cup of tea but it's got hooks, there's no silly, unnecessary growling and there's some killer guitar work.
    Highly recommended!!!
