    I gotta admit it.

Airborne and DarkTide have tickled my fancy. A lot. In a, "Just throw the horns and RAWK" kind of way.

    And I like it.

    :headbang:

    EDIT: I meant

    BLACK TIDE

    God, I suck.

I dunno, I sure wouldn't mind seeing Airborne mid-card at a future showcase...

Airbourne, I dig the fact that they aren't trying to pave any new ground. They just kick ass. And they do it well.

Do you mean Black Tide .. Dark Water? DarkTide is my former screenname I used here for years .. not familiar with any bands with that name.

I got Airbourne's album and its...ok, a few good ones and a few fillers, I like the whole "rock n' roll" thing but they just sound too much like ac/dc wannabe's. I'm sorry but if you want some "Genuine Fist-Pumping, Sweat-Soaked Rock N' Roll" no one can do it quite like ac/dc

I thought of doing something like this for two other groups I like but if I brought up rap music on this board it might be the all-time most flamed thread on the forum. :p

    That said...Camp Lo & Tech N9ne. discuss :)

I'm seeing Airbourne in a few weeks. Any recommendations as far as which disc of theirs I check out? Thanks.

    Thanks. That makes it easier.

    I wonder why?

Agreed. Not something I would typically listen to, as they're way too derivative. But I figure in the right setting, with the appropriate level of intoxication, they should be fun (and even more fun if I know a few of their songs).

I'm sorry. Between getting ready for the Red Wings game and drinking beer, I got confusticated.
