    Howdy!

So I entered the PANTERACOVERSFROMHELL contest awhile back and made it to the top 10.

Anyway, I'm giving my multitrack files away for anybody interested.
If you decide to use them, please give me credit for it by mentioning my website.

Here is the link to the files: https://copy.com/8CJSohvRDCcwjD1e

Anyway, here is a mix of the drums by a friend of mine:

Also the video of me recording it:

    cheers

    Thanks! ;)

Sorry mate, I played this to the original and Vinnie recorded without a click track. Back in the day not everyone recorded to a click track. It was all the human feel.

    cheers

    Thanks you sir!

The kit is a Premier Signia Maple.
24" Kick (Sennheiser E901 inside; AKG D112 outside)
14"x7" Brass Snare (Shure SM57 Top, Fame e604 bottom)
Rack Tom 12", Floor Tom 16", Floor Tom 15" my Left (all with Shure PG56)
All Sabian cymbals HHX, AA, AAX, Vault (2x Sontronics STC-1 for overheads & STC-10 for HiHat)
I use a mono room mic which is a Sontronics STC-2x.
    Interface - 2xMotu 8 Pre
    DAW - Digital Performer 8

I will upgrade the cheaper mics soon... but all my drums and cymbals are high end which is always a must for me. The source is always the most important part of the process. ;)

    cheers

PS - I also own a Yamaha OAK Custom which I have been recording with lately.
