on a different note to leicohtica stuff. The Automata is a project done by Damian Moloney and Chris Orchard of Leicohtica. All instruments done by Damian, Vocals/Lyrics done by Chris. Its definitely not what you might be used to from us so I hope you check it out and enjoy it. You can download a track here
Some pics of DARKER HALF from their support slot in Sydney to QUEENSRYCHE now available to check out. More pics here: http://www.ultimatemetal.com/forum/metal-evilution/389541-darker-half-3.html#post8504056
I have a power metal band called "Matronarch". http://www.myspace.com/matronarch Theres only one recording there, and its pretty bad... just some drums, bass and keys from a midi to wave program, and the guitars are line in from my amp into a crappy consumer soundcard. Vocals were done with proper mics however. We aren't gigging yet, but hopefully will be by the end of the year. I write all the songs for the band, and LORD are one of my main influences. Guitars are all me too, so you can hear my epic solo
http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=163423855952&ref=mf My band "The Back Dr. Band" are playing their first (and last) gig this Sunday for a charity fundraiser at Ryde City bowling club. $30 a head which is going towards my boss' trip to Kenya to do volunteer work with Harambee healing hand project ....and you get to watch me play Nothing Else Matters and Lightning Crashes etc My first gig outside school too

Check out the new Pro filmed video for "Desentsitized". It's also a new track which doesn't appear on the album so you get a peak at their projected direction somewhat.
Darker Half really surprised me at Utopia- the last (and first) time I saw them was at TM's last show at the Manning Bar and I thought they were good but didnt stand out. At Utopia they slayed and came off as super tigh and professional. Their compositions were really tight and had some really killer riffs imo.
Check out the new NON-Pro filmed video for "Brothers of the Fire". It's a new track which appears on the next EP and its fucking hilarious!!!! Am I allowed to swear on the interwebs??? haha. annnyyywayyyyyyyy TABERAH - Brothers of the Fire. WOOT

We have Just released a new EP entitled LIVE...ish READ THIS!!!! I - Brothers of the Fire II - The Call of Evil III- Stormchild IV- Freedom or Death V - The Reaper VI - Crazy Little Thing Called Love (Queen cover) LIVE…ish is Taberah stripped down and in it’s most natural form. No big expensive studios, flashy audio gear or computer wizardry to be found. On the weekend of September 12th & 13th we made the venture to the remote North West of the state to the town of Deloraine, winner of the 1995 “State Tidy Towns” award and home to a rather nice craft fair. The sole aim of the trip was to create a release that we could all be proud of and to have as much fun as possible while doing so. The result was LIVE…ish Want 3 amps and a drumkit on a stage in the middle of nowhere? For Sure! Want microphones falling off their stands mid-song? Yeah, why not! Want an empty theatre with a creaky stage and an uneven drum riser? Who wouldn’t! Want PURE Heavy Metal played with intense passion and heart? DEFINITELY!!!!! Well this is exactly what LIVE…ish delivers. This is Taberah and this is what we do... WE ARE THE BROTHERS OF THE FIRE If you are interested in getting your hands on a copy of our new EP, just send us an email (taberah_metal@hotmail.com) LIVE...ish is available for only 10 dollars. It is the perfect christmas present for someone you dont like
Well I can finally do this too!!!! Zmena 5. Traditional Slavic folk (not metal) with a modern twist. I know some of you have heard about the band that I play in over the years, some have said they were interested in hearing us, so here it is, our first album teaser: Album teaser That features parts of 7 songs, some showing vocals and some that show more of the instrumental section. We're using it as a Facebook promo tool for people who are part of our FB group: http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=346397030202&ref=mf Enjoy something different I might just point out that the band is not a professional/ full time outfit. It is a hobby for 5/6 members and the performances can reflect that in parts. All recorded and mixed at my place
