Because we're feeling like genuinely nice guys (and girl) at the moment, we've decided to hold a 7 day campaign where we letting anyone around the world download HEMINA's debut EP, 'As We Know It', for FREE!

That's right, FREE! There's not many things you can get for free these days. Sunsets, moonlight, sunrises, movies, pornography, welfare payments, music, television, programs, cars (if you can hotwire), etc. etc. So we've deci...ded to add HEMINA's EP to the list!

Now there is one tiny little catch! Once you give the EP a download and listen, we would really appreciate it if you could give us some feedback about your HEMINA experience, whether it be via e-mail, facebook, myspace, skywriters, pigeon messengers, or chinese whispers.

Oh, and if you could invite your friends to this event invite so they can also download the EP, that'd be hugely appreciated!

And we also ask if you can post a link to the download wherever you can to get this thing out as far as possible!

Ok, so first of all, here's the download link:

    http://bit.ly/aJC9Mg

If you click the link above, the download should start immediately. Once you receive it, just unzip it and enjoy the Heminal tones!

To leave your feedback, please use any of the following links:

    Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/heminamusic
    Myspace: http://www.myspace.com/heminaaus
    E-mail: heminamusic@gmail.com

And if you wish to purchase a physical copy of the EP (or a sexy looking t-shirt), please visit: http://hemina.bigcartel.com/

Thank you for your time everyone! And remember, the link will only be up there for 7 days! =)

    Hey everyone!

I know I don't post here that often anymore or anything, but if you are bored and seriously have nothing to do for the next 4 minutes after reading this, I'd truly appreciate you going and listening to my band PARTY's new smash hit. It's called Prom.

It's basically a song I wrote that had the vibe of that end-of-movie song at the prom when the two male and female lead best friends suddenly realise they're meant to be together when their eyes meet across the dance floor.

Anyway, give it a listen here:

And if you dig it, feel free to listen to California, our other smash hit as well!

I really appreciate anyone who listens to it!

    Cheers fellas and fellettes!

Prom? Shouldn't it be called "Formal"?

I've never seen any movie with a formal scene in it, so Prom it is!

    BUMP! :Spam:

    Hey guys,

My band has finally got around to setting up an Unearthed page and uploading a track. Would be cool if those with sign-in's could have a listen and review!

    Cheers :D

    Hello all!

I'd like to mention to anyone interested, my new musical endeavour Vessel. Vessel is basically a solo studio project that allows me to create and realise any style of music I like without compromise. The debut release Introspective is mostly straight forward heavy metal that draws from a mix of influences. It was mixed and mastered by Lord Tim, and features lead vocals from Blaze Bayley. Check out the debut track Werewolf on youtube or on bandcamp, where you can pre-order Introspective if you feel so inclined! Cheers!

I realise Stephen hasn't popped in for a while, but I have to acknowledge him for this idea from The what pisses you off thread in 2010:
I FINALLY finished putting this track together. It's not metal, but I did use some metal... a serrated knife, cutlery, a pot and an oven tray. Plus the egg slicer accompanying the nod to The Beverly Hillbillies at the end if you can make it that far:

It's certainly different! And made it through to the end. :)

Bloopmongler is the sillier of my two music projects. Since I have a video for this track I've been posting it around. It's noise that samples and is inspired by the infamous Bloop sound:

After 10 years of procrastination I've finally completed the debut Dead Kid Harvester full-length and just released it now. To finish it off, I did a Megadeth cover using an egg slicer for the guitar, a broken rubber band for the bass, a bag of flaxseeds being hit by a wooden spoon for the snare, a dishwasher cutlery basket for the hi-hat and so on. The sound is suitably nasty to fit in with the rest of the project up to this point!

The track is also on Spotify as an alternative to YouTube.
