    Fuck yeah! :kickass:

We haven't had a topic about this genre yet! (I think)

Anyone else like to slay dragons and save the princess?

Tbh I love it, can't wait to see Blind Guardian at bloodstock.

Im not really into Power Metal, but sometimes I get in a Power Metal mood and that's all I listen to all day

One of my favourites is Stratovarius:

In all seriousness, I can't see power metal as anything else besides gayed up thrash. Helloween are fucking killer though, as are Gamma Ray.

I wasn't including 'nu metal' or drone, I don't really see them as proper metal. As for metalcore, it's probably joint bottom with power metal

You hate it more than glam, hair, and pop metal?!

Power Metal's alright, none of the bands in my sig are power metal, but power metal's alright.
