I won a Japanese edition of Battle Metal on eBay a while back. I got it today. Turns out it's the regular studio album. Fun, much fun! I already have a copy of the Japanese edition, but I saw this other one at $5 so I bid on it. Seems like people always get this wrong. Back in the days, I bought the Turisas DVD special edition (or whatever it's called with the extra bells and whistles) and received the regular version. You know, I really love marketing (yeah ppl., start joking again). But trying to get all these tiny details from the lectures into my brain atm is like feeding me with a ticking bomb. I have a headache, feel blank and as if my head is completely filled with something (maybe stuff from exams that I already wrote) and I just can´t focus. But I have to.
Quit drinking soda today. Sounds ridiculous, but I'm pretty sure it counted for at least 75% of my normal caffeine and sugar intake. Thank God for black coffee, but I'm waiting for the deprivation headache to kick in.
I just HATE HATE HATE HATE my insomnia. Second night in a row again. Today exam. And I need to sleep, am completely tired but I just can´t fall asleep. this is unbelievable.
Try a couple of bong hits and a full stomach...instant nap. Only thing I can think of to rant about is US politics, but ranting doesn't even make it better. I think it is about time for the zombie apocalypse.
You know, I came from snow to snow. Aka from Finland to Germany. There is just one difference: in Finland trains run. in Finland trams run. in Finland busses go. All normally. In Germany? nothing works properly. Seriously. It´s just snow and it´s not the end of the world, so what, get the stuff going again >.<
I am really stuck. I wanted to go by car down south - forget it. I wanted to go by train up north a little - forget it, trains are fully booked or not going. I wanted to go by bus/tram to do shopping - forget it, but didn´t go and tram was ages late. Seriously, if snow was a human being then I´d kill it. not once, no, twice.
I'm in Texas spending 1.5 weeks with my parents...I miss my friends. Never again (at least not this long, sigh)
Alcohol makes the family bearable. I will have to listen to Republican lectures at the dinner table. No one cares for my opinion because I am an Independent and have a very liberal/socialist view towards things. Doesn't help that most in my family make a lot of money, so anything resembling "need over want" scares them. At least some of them have good taste in import brews though.

Since today i don't have a job anymore, i resigned an hour ago! Main reason: a total lack of respect and appreciation. Good thing is i don't really mind at all because i'll start with my (paid) internship i about 3 weeks. Also i made some great friends and lots of good memories. + i get to sleep late tomorrow
The check I am waiting for in the mail still has not arrived. This will cause me to cancel my planned trip to New York City. I really want to sacrifice someone to the old gods...a very bloody and gore filled sacrifice.
