I really think Reformation is quite the underdog album for me, even though it's Kiuas' most criticized. I feel every release has it's ups and downs, but all albums stand apart in greatness. Lustdriven is still fresh, but I stand by this list as I have given it quite a few listens over the past few months. P.S. I would love to see your list!
My least favorite Kiuas songs: The Quickening No more sleep for me But I know The Quickening is meant to be a "radio song". And Radio Rock plays that song here in Finland! My favorite songs (at the moment) Spirit of Ukko Warrior Soul And The North Star Cried Race With The Falcons Of Ancient Wounds Bleeding Strings Black Winged Goddess The Conqueror Black Rose Withered Cry Little Angel Of Love, Lust And Human Nature Aftermath The Visionary oh... and I just want to say that The New Dark age is the only album that doesn't have any "low points", I don't ever want to skip a song from that album and it's rare imo. np: Heart of the serpent
Rating all of the songs in order would be way too hard, but I can probably name my top 5 and bottom 5 songs. Top 5 1. And the North Star Cried 2. Across the Snow 3. Winter's Sting 4. The Wanderer's Lamentation 5. Song for the Fells Bottom 5 1. Call of the Horns 2. Cry Little Angel 3. The New Chapter 4. Aftermath 5. of Lust, Love and Human Nature Even that was way too hard and probably not accurate.

Adam I am loving your top 5. I also love No More Sleep for Me. I can't count the number of times I've listened to Lustdriven or the other albums either, it's all still so fresh.
Best Songs: 1. Across the Snows 2. The Discipline of Steel (the waltz part <3) 3. The Spirit of Ukko 4. The Wanderers Lamentation (got to love the acoustic stuff here) 5. Black Winged Goddess And there are of course no bad Kiuas songs nor are there any that I'm indifferent towards.
One thing that bugs me about this band is that I do feel they haven't released a single album better than their debut (although all the albums are incredible). But, I can take 5 songs each from the last two releases put them in such an order: 1. Kiuassault 2. The New Dark Age 3. The Visionary 4. Of Sacrifice Loss and Reward 5. Heart and Will 6. Black Rose Withered 7. Towards the Hidden Sanctum 8. Summer's End 9. Winter's Sting 10. The Wanderer's Lamentation .. and have an album that easily surpasses Ukko. So I know Mikko's got it in him! I think I'll call that album "The Spirit of Mikko" for fun.

Very difficult. One song that some days I can't seem to hear enough is After the Storm. Not heavy, but quite a nice tune.
Two years later, I really don't know why I put Aftermath on there because that song is pretty awesome.

The Wanderer's Lament One thing I really like about Kiuas is that they put different types of songs on their albums. I have a "power metal" Kiuas playlist AND an "introspective/progressive metal" Kiuas playlist, which I think is pretty awesome. They're not limited to just one sound, but you still know it's them.
